Lottery and Mailing Services
We provide these services for any property faced with a large mailing or a burdensome Lottery



Mailing Services

We have the equipment to handle a mass mailing of any size from start to finish, often in under 8 hours:
this includes printing, folding, stuffing, stamping postage, and delivery to the Post Office. See last stage at right.

It is possible to begin a 5,000 mailing and have it delivered to the post office within 8 hours.

Lottery Services

We provide packaged Lottery services from start to finish


Clients may choose from the among the following services (some services must be bundled):
  1. Training of your staff or HW staff (those who will do data entry for the lottery. We don't offer this service unless client use OUR Google Form or a form we have doctored.
  2. Designing or Alteration of the Lottery Application or Online FORM. If questions are same order as our Data Collection Page, cost is less expensive per application
  3. Designing or Review of the HW GOOGLE FORM - Comparing it with your data collection requirements
  4. Scanning of applications, price per each application. Scanning service is offered only in some circumstances. The price point may alter based on size of application / # pages.
  5. Data Entry that ends up in our waitlist software, AND Lottery Application or Online Data Form MATCHES or INCLUDES our Data Page
  6. Data Entry that ends up in our waitlist software, AND Lottery Applicationor Online Data Form DOES NOT INCLUDE our Data Page. The price point changes based on # of data points
  7. Cleanup / Processing of YOUR Lottery Data Entry prior to mailing and submission for Review. This is an hourly rate, and offices agree to freeze all applicant initiated updates in its own copies of the data during this clean up period.

  9. Mailings (assume 2 mailings, one Pre- and one Post-Lottery). This is the only service we provide if NOT ultimately using the HousingWorks Waitlist Software
  10. Importing the Lottery waitlist to OUR waitlist system - we will NOT import unless we have all the scans.
